User Flow
3D retail experience

Onboarding - End Consumer
Overview
Designed user flows for an 3D e‐commerce solution that spans authentication, onboarding, browsing & exploration, and checkout & post‐purchase. My goal was to create a seamless experience from the moment users land on the site or app, through to final purchase and beyond.
Outcome
Reduced friction in user onboarding by offering multiple login options and clearly labeled error states.
Increased engagement with optional personalized questions and a guided tutorial that can be skipped for returning users.
Improved conversions by clarifying the checkout process, showing delivery availability, and offering cross‐selling.
Key Considerations
Authentication & Onboarding
Multiple login options (Google or manual).
Forgot/Reset Password flow fully mapped to handle real‐life user needs.
Personalized questions to tailor product recommendations or store setup.
Optional tutorial so returning users can skip tooltips and tours.
Browsing & Product Exploration
Avatar selection and “tap to explore” screens to create a fun, interactive environment.
Cross‐platform design: separate flows for web (overlays) and mobile (bottom sheets).
Product details: 360° image view, price, ratings, “View Similar” options, and “Frequently Bought Together.”
Cart, Checkout & Post‐Purchase
Clear paths for “Buy Now” vs. “Add to Cart” to accommodate different shopping behaviours.
Shipping & billing address flows (with optional “use same address” decision).
Payment flow leading to “Proceed to Pay” and an order confirmation step.
Post‐purchase “Back to Shopping” or “View Orders” navigation for quick re‐entry into the store.
Dashboard & Ongoing User Guidance
After login, users reach a dashboard with the option to skip or view a quick tour.
Personalized questions can guide advanced features or store setup for certain user segments (e.g., if they’re retailers or specialized customers).
